Unhappy Boy did I pig out this weekend....

Here goes....

I ate a whole carton on Bryers Low Carb chocolate ice cream and a whole jar of Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter this weekend. It started Friday. I am dating this girl and she live all the way in Dallas (780 miles away!) She was here last weekend and I guess I just got really depressed when I started thinking about spending the whole weekend without her. So, I did what most people who love food do... I ate! A WHOLE HALF GALLON of LC Ice Cream topped with runny peanut butter.

Thank God its is all gone.....

I wonder how much my gain will be....

Well, you have done an amazing job with your loss thus far and are getting so close to your goal weight. The binge won't actually hurt you - it is the temptation of continuing that and getting off this WOL that will hurt you. If I had some colon blow left I would send it to you - you naughty boy you!

My partner lived 2,000 miles away before we lived together, we had met at a conference and started seeing each other long distance after that. It was very very difficult! And EXPENSIVE! We had the phone bills from hell (that was before the new cell phone deals available now). But remember, feeling bad about yourself and being unhealthy is not gonna keep your bed warm at night either.

Take care - Orchid

you'll be fine... *don't buy any of the tempting foods* i don't have a choice of being around or not being around the foods because i live with several other people. don't get too sad, just give yourself some time and everything will be back on track. been there done that with the cheating thing many many times.
