I have a question for all the kissers do you want to start the challenge today or would you like to wait until Monday. We can do it from 11/5-11/19 or 11/10-11/24. If we start on Monday we can come in and report our starting weight so that we can keep up with how much we have lost.

Oh I'm in for this challenge.

I prefer Monday:
1.) Weigh in.
2.) Prep time to stock-up on kiss goodies.
3.) Throw away/give out/lock those "stuffs" thats not allowed on the kiss list.
4.) Might get enough people to join too if we do start on Monday all together.

Heee, Im excited already.

I'm all for starting Monday since I just bought a whole bunch of cream and I'll need to get rid of some of it! Plus, fresh mozzarella...yum. This is going to be hard!

Yes, I too, have a nice bunch of cream, sour cream, and cheese which has all been lc menu planned for the week.

But, the more I've thought about this today, the more I think that the creams and cheeses, olives, occasional pickle, BACON!!! and nuts (aaahhhh) must stop. I've already given up everything else on this list and now don't miss it. I guess I can do these few items too.

I'm really gonna miss that sf raspberry jello with the topping of whipped heavy cream and the almond on top. And my paprika chicken with its sour cream sauce. And the ---------.

I CAN DO THIS!!!!!

Have an idea! What is everyone creates and posts just one day of menu w/receipe . Then we'll have well over two weeks plus of ideas. Everyone can find something new or helpful. All menus must fit KISS RULES of INDUCTION.

I would love to join. This will be hard because cheese has becoma my comfort food. And almonds... Well they are so addictive it's not even funny. I'll try not to overdo on cheese and almonds these last couple of days.

With kiss you will be ate goal within two weeks or less. No make sure that you get rid of that cheese before Monday.

When I do kiss I normally take the weekends off and do owl but you all are motivating I may not do that this time I'm not sure.
