Default are all squash created equal???????

hi, there are three different squash mentioned in the funky food section of somersizing, but spaghetti squash isnt one of them, but it isnt on the legal veggies section either.

i dont know anything about squash and when i was on somersizing before and craving some white pasta someone suggested spaghetti squash, well i tried it and i fell in love with it. please tell me i can have it. i havent eated anything yet this morning. i want to lowcarb, but just dont know which one to do, at least with somersizing you can have cereals, but all those rules about 3 hrs in between different meals, and the fruit rule, just makes me think to much about what i am going to eat and what time i should eat it. i just dont want to think that much about food. i have never read up on sugar busters, maybe i will see if my library has it. i need to start TODAY!!!!! i am wasting to much time switching from plan to plan.

help please??? i would really appreciate it.

maybe i will just eat a proitien breakfast, then go to the library. thanks guys.

Have a look at the synopsis of the Schwarzbein Principle to the right of the page in Which low-carb plan is right for me? It may be what you're looking for.
