Default Dropped two belt sizes

It's been a short while now, and I've been on a very strict low-carb diet. In about a week, I dropped two belt sizes and my pants is much baggier.

CaliMatt: YAY YOU!!! Wooooo Hoooooo!!!!!
I've been following along on your "Critique my diet" thread, and I'm glad to see you're getting results! I know it isn't impacting the scale for you, but that is a wonderful non-scale victory you've got there!

Thank you!
I forgot to take pictures in the beginning D:
The lack of weight "loss" might be attributed to muscle gain. My diet is very strict and the temptations get pretty bad sometimes, but I know that sticking to it brings results. Still haven't cheated either, I just remind myself that I'll get kicked out of ketosis and have to restart. Got some odd looks today when I was at a party. Everyone was making sandwiches loaded with carbs, but I just got lettuce and made wraps with cold cuts and cheese. Several people asked me why my sandwich was missing the bread. Priceless. Everyone was drinking ice-cold Coke on a sunny Cali day, but I made do with water.
No one said it was easy!

It time, it will become second nature in such situations. I find myself seeking out what I can eat in some public venue like that. If there is a little ham & cheese, or sautéed shrimp -- great. If there is nothing low carb, then that is that. I don't eat. I grab a can of diet coke and sip slowly.

I don't drink sodas anymore decided against the chemicals. Although Mtn. Dew sounds pretty good right now...
