Greetings from Lurkland!

I do not feel like a newbie as I have been a long time lurker to this board. You guys have been such a wonderful source of inspiration and knowledge!

I am around my Atkins anniversary ( had a couple of false starts, lost about 10 pounds Summer 08 but did not committed until I read GCBC by the end of September. have lost 40 lbs since ( and I think about 40 to go, maybe more)

Anyways, you might not hear much from me...still a lurker... but I will continue reading.
