How do I get a ballpark figure?
Well, I had an idea. And I
thought it was a good one, but their math doesn't add up.
On Pizza Hut nutritional site, I got the nutritional info for a Personal Pan pizza with just cheese and sauce. That's as bare as it got! Then I added a Personal Pan pizza super supreme. I subtracted the cheese/sauce one from the super supreme figuring it would give me the super supreme topping info and I would add cheese and sauce separate. Well, their figures don't add up. My initial calorie was super supreme 790 - 630=160 But, when I break down the protein/fat/carbs difference it only adds up to 71. Then I added an ounce of cheese (mozarella) and 3 oz of marinara sauce. I know that used to be the same sauce they used on the pizza/spaghetti. I added those separately, after I played with it and felt it was accurate, I was going to make a recipe entry.
