I know the feeling. There's sooo much here u don't know where to start. There is no right way or wrong way.

First put us in your Favourites 'cos u will want to come back and some people have got frustrated 'cos they didn't even remember how they got here in the first place

My suggestion would be to check out all the links on the red bar at the top of the page first. That's where all the concentrated information is.

The last link there Support Forum brings you to Active Low-Carber Forums. This is an overview of everything that is here. Just look down the list. Pick one that u r particularly interested in. There is no way u can read everything in one day or even one week.

You are doing pretty good if you've already posted your first message. Are you thinking of Low-Carb diets for yourself?

That is right. It is quite normal. You don't go hungry on this diet. And you are losing weight nicely so what other proof do you need. Doing Good as you say. Keep it up.
