Default Zsweet?

Has anyone tried Zsweet? Seems pricey, was wondeirng if the fruit flavors make it taste any better than other AFs.

$14.75 for 9 oz ?

I see they don't show you the ingredients other than erythritol. Most likely because nobody would buy it. At $22 for 4 lbs of erythritol, I will zest some fruit in it and try it in my drink.

Then, first they tell you

"can be used in baking. It measures equal to sugar (cup for cup) and acts like sugar with normal browning."

and 1 sentence later they say

"when baking with Zsweet™ , we recommend reducing the amount of sugar by half in a recipe rather than replacing it altogether to achieve the best possible result in taste." (this is most likely because of the cooling effect and baking characteristics of the erythritol)

And then they don't give you any baking recipes.

I wouldn't waste the money. IMHO

I respect your opinion Kevin. I figured as much. I came across this by chance and thought it was something worth looking into. I'll save my money and put it toward something worthwile!
