I've done some sort of WATP every single day for the last 3 weeks, and I'm wondering if doing them every day without a break is hurting rather than helping. I am trying to switch it up (weights one day, abs with the belt one day, walk/jog one day), but my weight loss progress has really slowed down the last couple of weeks and I'm wondering if that might be part of it.

I'm a big believer in "rest days". I love WATP...it's the one thing I've had with me for years now through all sorts of diet plans and weight fluctuations and even though I'm a gym person now and have done weight training and all sorts of things, I still rely on WATP to supplement. As Leslie says "it's not sissy stuff" LOL So I do think you'd be wise to keep switching it up and rest. Now some people say some "active recovery" cardio is good...in that case I'd just do a light version versus a longer one with the weights. Keep in mind the more you push your body the more water it will retain to protect and heal, especially when you're building muscle. So maybe try the 3 styles you mix up on M/W/F and keep T/Th really light or nothing? Something to consider. Let us know how it goes!
