Default hello lowcarbers!!!!

Hello!!! I am new in this forum.

I'm paleo(only meat, eggs and sometimes cheese ��).

My workouts are 6 times a week and 2 times a day.

opinions?

In 1 month I increased my upper body strength by 30% and my legs 80%. My times are very good at crossfit.

What is the purpose of working out twice in one day? Do you find you get better results that way?
