1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese (The market didn’t have my preferred brand of 4%), 2 tablespoons each of blueberries and grain-free granola, Coffee with cream. Net carbs for the meal=nine.

Stove top frittata (beef onion) garnished with lettuce, hot sauce and sour cream and a chunk of pepper/jack cheese.

Breaking a fast can be enjoyable, you have the opportunity to do it every day if you sleep - plus you can do it at any time, it doesn't have to be done in the morning
