A trader Joe's frozen latte bar (like a popsicle made of coffee). They have 7 carbs- a split between the lactose from the milk and the added sugar, so these are a great once in awhile treat. Some people don't like them because they aren't super sweet, but that is why I love them. Plus my blood sugar was low. I love it when I have good timing on a low and can have a treat instead of glucose tablets
2 butter fried eggs over easy with a side of home made guacamole
(guac: 1 mashed avocado, 1 tbs full fat sour cream, tiny clove of garlic, splash of lime juice, sprinkle of salt - 2 servings, one for me, one for my 10-year-old)
