Hi there!

I popped in to see if there was much going on in the UK section, but the last posts seem a while ago, so thought I would just see if any UK folk were still active here.

I'm in Bedfordshire... and have noticed my local Sainsburys is making a fuss of coconut oil, flaxseed, chia seeds and stevia based sugar replacements by putting them all at the end of an aisle.

It stopped me in my tracks.
