I have had major problems in that department I tried quite a few things and settled on Magnesium Citrate. 400 mg in the evening and 200 mg in the morning first thing, no sooner do I drink my coffee and I cleanse my intestines like clockwork every morning. Never been so regular in my life. Also have had much better/steadier weigh ins since I started taking it because it keeps the water moving through...
