I binged yesterday. Don't really feel bad about it. I texted my son and he said "call it a refeed". I'd been ideating about it for a while. I think the re-introduction of oatmeal porridge was slightly problematic. So it's back to cold hard LCHF for me

Didn't workout yesterday.
I actually drank more water.
I am pretty sure it is a constipation issue adjusting to this WOE...any thoughts on fixing that? Dr Atkins book suggests Psyllium husks.

I have had major problems in that department I tried quite a few things and settled on Magnesium Citrate. 400 mg in the evening and 200 mg in the morning first thing, no sooner do I drink my coffee and I cleanse my intestines like clockwork every morning. Never been so regular in my life. Also have had much better/steadier weigh ins since I started taking it because it keeps the water moving through...

Thanks Nikki I will try that I do feel very bloated today for the first time in awhile!
What brand do you use?

I should have known this would happen eventually & I should have been ready mentally lol but I wasn't. Life (or the devil) just loves it's curve balls lol but they sure do keep you on your toes!

I use the NOW brand because I read a bunch of reviews about it and besides the fact that they are freaking horse pills and take a little getting used to pound back, they are good bang for my buck. If you have trouble taking big pills without coating these are not for you!

hi Toddy. I remember on last month's thread you mentioned you're still drinking alcohol and it's so hard to lose weight that way. I'm really hoping things turn around for you and you can reach out if you need - you deserve happiness. I hope we'll see you again! Best of luck.
