Default I bought a low carb bake mix and don't know what to do with it...

Can anyone direct me to some recipes? I found a great site online that had a recipe for a homemade mix, AND for tons of things to make with it - but I can't remember what it was called!

But is the purchased LC bake mix the same as the homemade mix?
I've seen them with dozens of different ingredients...suggest using the recipes on the bag or manufacturers website for the one you have. Dr Davis also has good mix recipes.

This is the one he shared on Dr. Oz: http://www.doctoroz.com/recipe/dr-d...pose-baking-mix
In his new book, he says this one has "stood the test of time" but it now has 3 tsp of baking soda vs 2 tsp.

You can make Focaccia from it: http://www.doctoroz.com/recipe/dr-davis-herbed-focaccia

Any mix that includes coconut flour is going to behave very differently than one without...coconut absorbs liquids like crazy so you would need more than a mix with just almond or flax.

Another bake mix is the Flaxseed Wrap from WB 30 minute Quick and Easy cookbook. I found a Google docs with it and some other bread recipes. Make the Flax Bake mix, keep that in a jar in fridge, make a wrap whenever the mood strikes, Super Simple!:

I dont know of mixes on this forum, for anything bread I really like Dr. Davis's two cookbooks and the recipes from his three other books. Our library has all five books, you might look there too.
