Default upping carbs one or two days a week to help loss

Hi there

Simple one here

i am on my last 10 lbs home streach . Should i have a day or two a week where i should increase my carb intake?

Will this help my loss?

I have just started eating the highest amount of cals from fats and little protein and very low carbs . almost none. just from whats in creams or oils or food. very little

I think the time as come to start living your life without the scale dance. Keep track of your carbs/fats/proteins but don't obsess about weighing in each day. You will wake up a year from now slim and fit and knowing your body better then you ever thought you could. If you must have a "gauge" let it be a new pair of slack (trousers) in a new smaller size. I have seen over and over again, people who reached their goals and continued to shrink to lower and lower sizes without much effort accept vigilance about keeping there diet clean and never going back to "carbage".

I just want to get this last bit off. it has been my life so far being over weight and now i am 10 lbs away from normal i am really determined - i do understand what your saying and i do agree . i like the use of the word "carbage" lol
