Question CAD or CALP? Which one to read?

Just out of curiosity which one do you recommend, and why? TIA!

Which one I'd recommend would have to do with your age and knowledge about possible triggers.

If you're 35 and over I'd recommend CALP which goes more into trippers.

CAD really explains how the diet works, the science behind it and inspirational stories.

I think it's good to read both. CAD has the whole program, but CALP has the later changes and an emphasis on balancing the RM. Both are available very reasonably on internet book sites.
