I understand. Maybe your 5 YO could ride a bike while you walk. Or perhaps a friend or neighbor could watch him/her for 30 minutes while you walk. Just some suggestions. I know it can be tough. I have a treadmill, which makes exercising so convenient. I love it.

hey I can jog for the first time in my life..not far but I can...it was not because of weight I could not before..it was because I would have knocked a tooth out..LOL ..I was a 36 I cup..now I am a 36D..and I can now buy a sports bra

alright on friday I walk 1.6 but did not post as our monitor gave up ..blew up on us..it was 15 years old which in computer years is like 150 right?.. and way new beautiful monitor and another 1.6 miles so =3.2

Do you find that the walking is gettig easier? Like you feel like you want to walk farther, or faster, or somehow make it more challenging?
