Thanks it is a sussess story I did not think I could do it but every day I talk to all you and I just stuck with it and a lot of walks LOL. I am a little worried now to go into the next phase. I think I will go a little longer then start to play with my WOE. I realy do not mind the food that I eat. I try to eat a lot of fish and mixed salad. Doing this keeps my carbs to around 10-12 grams a day and my calories to about 1000-1500

I started at 306 on March 6th, I'm now 286. I hope I can reach my goal weight in such a short period of time. My goal weight is 235. I'm so glad I can see that someone else has done it, so now I have more confidence that I can do it. I have been having roughly the same ammount of carbs as you a day, and I seem to be losing quite fast, so I believe I can lose it just as fast. Do you have any before and after pictures you can post?
