Can anyone tell me what this consists of? Cannot purchase in my area.

Hi Pam,

Bron recently posted a recipe here.

Just bear in mind that the recipe is almost certainly American, therefore the tablespoons will be 15mL, not our 20 mL tablespoons.

I think it's mainly intended as a flour replacement, Pam. I've never bothered with it. I only ever use almond or hazelnut meal (aka ground almond or hazelnuts).

Has anyone else used the bake mix?
