Default Anyone tried these?

Naytura Sugar Free Choc Chip Cookies.

I bought a packet from Woolies today (health food isle with all the gluten free stuff) each cookie has 6.6g Carbs (6.5g isomalt), 3.7g fat (1.2g sat) and 1g protein.

I also bought the Craft Singles Swiss Cheese slices, not too bad - not entirely the same as swiss cheese but it will do Carbs: 0.2, Fat 4.9g (3.3g sat) 4.4g protein per slice.

I am guessing they are suitable for SBD as they have less than 6g fat per slice.

I also picked up some double D drops. Butter candy drops with choc centre - Carbs: 0g (4.5g isomalt) fat: 0.4g (0.3g Sat) and neg protein per drop

Fruit Drops Have Carbs: 0 (isomalt 3.4g) neg fat and neg protein per drop)

Now I will have to go and read up on isomalt, I have seen lots about it but never paid any attention as I had never bought anything with it as an ingrediant.

I'm eating one of the cookies now, it's not too bad.

I've had the DD sweets before. Very nice actually, however as with many sugar alcohols (maltitol, isomalt etc), 1 or 2 sweets per day is my limit to avoid nasty tummy troubles. YMMV though.
