Default "Classico" mushroom alfredo sauce...yum !
I had this for dinner tonight , and thought is was really good. I poured it over beef & green beans it was yummy . 1 net carb! it has 3 grams of carbs 2 grams fiber per 1/4 cup & 70 cal. I could use this in lots of recipes. they sell it at wal-mart & grocery stores. for about $ 2.20 (in my area )..............christy

I bought some of this last night and mixed it with cut up chicken and some green peppers...to die for. Yummmmmmmyyyyy!!

I love this sauce over spaghetti squash, the old man and I eat this about twice a month actually, it is delish.
