Reintroduction
Hi everybody!!
I was on here a few months back and I was sticking to a low carb diet, basically the Atkins diet. I had dropped about 17 pounds in a month. Went from 268 to 251.
I got sidetracked with a bunch of things and fell off the diet a bit. I decided to restart and do Atkins again. I started today weighing in at 256 pounds. I am in a weight loss with a few friends as well for some extra motivation!
If I can just find a way to stick to the diet, I'll be fine. I find being active on these forums helps tremendously too. Here goes nothing!
