Hi everyone,

It feels so good to have support. What a great
idea.
Atkins is a great way of life. My family and friends
often mention how young I look. I'm 46 and am told
I look like 30. Wow.
If I can keep up the good work, perhaps I can go back
to 25
I plan to keep this up till I reach my ideal weight and then
make it a way of life. I feel great.
For breakfast; I find JimmyDean sausage patties fabulous, even
with just a cup of coffee. With atkins, I eat more than ever
and feel great.
