Default I have been wondering about Potassium

I used to be a banana nut and now I am not eating banana's or potato's which is how I got all my potassium.

The GNC multi I'm taking only has like 1% rda. How can I put some natural potassium into my diet?

So far I think I'm ok because I haven't had any charlie horses, which is how I know I'm not getting enough.

Default suggestion...

Hello!!

I have a suggestion. I use Morton's Lite Salt. That has potassium in it. I don't like taking a lot of pills (I currently take one Ultra Mega Multivitamin and one Chromium Picolinate), so this works pretty good for me. I haven't had any problems with charlie horses in well over a month.

Good Luck!!

I'm not a salt person. Have never added salt to much of anything. I'm a Pepper girl.

Any other suggestions?

AWESOME thanks!!! The Broccoli must be what's keeping away my charlie horses.

Whew, I feel so much better now.
