Default Needing Some Assistance Please

I am into Day 90 and for the last few days I am feeling really tired and run down. I have tried to problem solve and read others with similar problems in the forums. However I believe my situation is somewhat different. I have been carefully monitoring my food intake, amount of salt used, as well water intake and I believe I am good in those areas. I haven't felt this way, ever. Is this normal for this phase? I have not started into a vitamin regime, because quite frankly I am not good with taking vitamins. I do take a multivitamin daily. Any suggestions?

Hello,
I just happened on your post. Your stats are not unlike mine except I was a little heavier to start with and I'm still somewhat heavier than you are after losing nearly 17 kg and putting 4 (well nearer 5 of them) back on, very gradually over two years or so. My goal is higher too, though right now it's receding into dream territory.
To the point, frankly I never experienced this. That doesn't prove anything but I wonder whether it's really related to your way of eating. It may be an infection or something else.
If you are really doing what you've been doing for 90 days and this has only just happened, I suggest you try to eliminate all other potential causes first.
You are doing great. I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for the reply. I did not experience this at all during the first little while, just recently. I did experience dizziness and after discussions with people on the forum, I upped my salt intake and did much better. Not sure what is going on, I hate going to the docs..but may have to. Good luck on your weight journey. Keep in touch.

Hi Debb, I've experienced what you're describing, but not until I was down almost 40 pounds. There was a thread here somewhere (which I'll try to find) where someone else was posting a similar feeling but I if I remember correctly it was more that she never bounced back from induction. Someone suggested adding more fat, so I figured I'd give that a try. I made sure to eat more avocado (in the form of guac) everyday. And that did help some, but I still couldn't really find the energy to exercise. About two weeks ago, I added in a b complex, https://www.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formu...=jarrow+b+right and about 2 days later, I noticed a definite increase in energy.

Something else I've began doing along with the b complex is rebounding on a mini trampoline with a view to getting my lymph system going. I know that sounds crazy, and the positive effect may well be psychological, but all I can tell you is that it's not even 11:00 am where I am and I've already gotten in my 10,000 steps today. Unimaginable two weeks ago.

Thanks so much Tess. I have only been taking a multivitamin, I will definitely look into the b complex. This really is a terrible feeling. I am generally very energetic, so this is very foreign to me. At any rate I did make a doctors appointment for next week. I think it is blood work time. ~ Debb
