Default Not a New Years Resolution

To each his own, but I've never really gotten caught up in that, "first of the month, Monday, New Years" etc thing where you needed a specific date to get started on working on your goals.

It's coincidental that New Years has just passed

I gave birth, or rather had her surgically plucked, to our second daughter 6 weeks ago. I wanted to wait the full 6 weeks of recovery before taking on anything new... incase anything happened and I had to go back to hospital etc. My 6 weeks is officially up on Wednesday... but I was planning to get groceries tomorrow so I was looking online for some recipes... somehow I stumbled on this site.

And now here I am... registered and writing. I am hoping that seeing others successes, and writing my own tribulations will motivate me.

So hello out there! My ideal weight is 125lbs I think... I'll be happy with 200 at this point, and thrilled with 140-160lbs overall. Sounds pretty daunting at this point, but I've already seen a few folks profiles on here who've managed to do it. Here's to me

Welcome!

Finding new recipes really depends on how you like your food to taste. Other people's favs may not be yours.
So, how do you enjoy your food? sweet or savory....hot or bland...tangy?
Look for recipes for mock mashed ...made from pureed cauliflower. I like mine to taste like garlic mashed potatoes and prepare it that way.

Good Luck!!
