A success and a role model. I showed your pictures to my husband & said this man lost 250 pounds. He asked, which one? You look like a completely different person.

Thank you for sharing your story. It's people like you who help me stay on this road.

Such a great write up Ken. You are the definition of success. I can only imagine how great you feel taking back your life in every way imaginable. Do walk in a room & not feel like everyone is snicjering behind your back.

Your my inspiration my hero brother. I am following the road map you blazed to take back my health. I live by rule #1 daily. Keep on holding that torch high by living the life you want & we will all be following.

Thank you.....

Chris

This is so awesome. You've done a phenomenal job, Ken, and you are totally inspiring (do you ever get tired of hearing that? Don't, because you are!)

I love your Rule #1. It's so true, and since I read this a couple of days ago, I keep reminding myself of it. I will remember your story- thank you thank you THANK YOU for outlining how difficult it was for you in the beginning (and the middle, too.)

Right now, this WOE is still "easy" to me. But it's got to be forever, and I am certain that my path to losing 150 pounds won't be easy. I'm glad you mentioned "But as the weeks went by, the diet was getting harder – not easier. My willpower was running low." Just sticking to it is what saved you. I've been thinking about my future, and "can I do it?" has popped into my head so many times, and running across your story came at the absolute perfect time for me. I am now resolute. Yes, I can do it. Sticking to LCHF all day, every day, and eventually, my favorite foods will change, too. It will become my new normal. I just have to fix my broken body with healing LCHF foods.

I am so happy for you. It sounds like you're on top of the world- you rock, keep it up!!

Thanks so much for your wonderful inspiration this morning. What you have achieved is really remarkable. You certainly are a great success. I have been on and off plan for so many years, but on 1st January I had an ephinany and have completely quit sugar which has made a huge difference to my weight loss. When I achieve my goal which I now know I will, I will never have a little cheat because I would end up a little plump person again, as I have done so many times. I am looking forward to a slim summer. I wish you every success in being that new man who inspires everyone lucky enough to meet you.and see your transformation.
Thanks once more for your amazing inspirational story. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great success Ken, good luck to you. I'm still not 100% sure the massive change in the before and after picture wasn't just the suit and tie, No?
