Workout Day 21
I'm still doing Shred lvl 2 but yesterday after work I was able to get in a good walk/jog on the beach everything was going ok until I tried to escape some of the water getting on my tennis; I tried to jump aside and twisted my knee (can't figure that one out) anyways had to cut my routine short because of the pain. I guess I still got about 35 min in total, not bad. I'll give it a shot again today.
