cocoa crisp bars
1/2 cup Steel's Nature Sweet (sugar free sweetner)
1/2 cup Nature Sweet brown crystals (sugar free)
1 Tbls butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup Carb Not Beanit Butter (soy version of peanut butter)
3 cups Keto cocoa crisp (crispy soy cereal)

in a 2 quart saucepan, cook Nature Sweet and Nature Sweet crystals until boiling, then remove from heat and add:
butter]vanilla]beanit butter]crispy cereal
stir together well and press onto cookie sheet to a size of about 9"x10", let cool a bit, then cut into 16 squares. they will be about 1 1/2 oz. each. carb count 4.6 grams and protein 10.88 grams per bar.

just wanted to let you know i tried these last night.

my thoughts: these are pretty darn good! i've been trying to figure out how to make a krispie bar. thanks for the help.

oh, and i used natural peanut butter instead of the beanit butter, had it on hand
