one of my best friends, my maid of honor actually, is from segersta. do you know it? she says it is a very small village in the north, her dad is a dairy farner. she gave me tubes of caviar to eat for breakfast. i could never really acquire a taste for it! and she made us eat salty liquorice, no matter how much our eyes watered!! i really miss her now.
i am in switzerland, and really enjoy the wider food selections when i am in america. here the choices are so limited! and my husband is a diehard beer and potatoes man, so it is really challenging sometimes for me.
today i am making mexican fajitas, and really enjoying without the tortillas. i like to eat avocadoes weekly. i dont know how montignac feels about them, but they are so healthy and satisfying!
have a great weekend!

Hi there

It must be very difficult for you to stay on track - but well done for trying!

I take it for granted the range of foods available to me in the US, even though it has become a lot narrower when you see how much sugar is in products alone!

Keep up the good work!
