This is a cooperative (not competitive) thread to focus on losing those
NEXT 5 pounds.
We all have goals of losing more than 5 pounds, of course, but the pounds come off just one at a time, and each one is a victory, and 5 of them strung together make for good momentum, without being overwhelming like most of our bigger goals can be.
Everyone is welcome at any time - the order of the names should be ALPHABETICAL, not ranking based on pounds left - because we all do this at different paces, and it's taken you years to get heavy, some of us will take weeks and months to lose five pounds.
As soon as you make the goal, just put in a new starting weight and get working on it again.

http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=460049), but I've found now that weight loss has slowed it's not very helpful for me - so I wanted to create something where I still keep a short-term, few-pounds-at-a-time focus...
