Question Polish Kabanos Sausages ok???

hi folks
found these higher fat polish sausages

heres the info on them

All Values per 100 Grams

Energy 366Kcal
Protein 23.0G
Carbs Less then 0.1 G
Fat 30.4
of which saturates 12.4
Mono-Unsaturates 15.0G
Polyunsaturates 3.0g

Fibre less than 0.1 g

Salt 3.8
of which sodium 1.5g

Per kabanos - 92 Cals and 7.6 G fat

I know it is a processed sausage ( i think ) but is this ok for us LC's???

If it is less the 1 carb per sausage I say go for it! Keep in mind that it might be high sodium...drink extra water after the meal.

Yeah it's about 0.2 g per sausage. Not bad cal s but good for the extra fat
