I think I am finally back some what to my self, this week is shot almost but better late start for the week then not at all. Have not been to the gym since saturday but back at it with all I have today!!!
WTG everyone is doing so good all kinds of jumping things goin on all over this post.

No weight change today and didn't work out last night. It's in the books for tonight and Saturday to make my 4.

I really hate the fact that I was doing SO good last week, then slipped up a little for one day (Super Bowl) and now it's taken me ALL week to get back to where I started! *sigh*

A quick update on my week so far:

Not sure if I've dropped any pounds yet this week - holding out for my 'official' weigh in on Sunday.

Once again, no change in weight this morning. boo. I did, however, work out for over an hour today! That included 48 minutes on my treadmill!! Can you believe that? I was really into my CD and lost track of time, gotta love when music can do that (mixed with the desire not to clean ). Somehow my inches are down almost 2 inches on my chest in the last 3 weeks! How's that??? No change anywhere else, but a couple in my chest? Did I measure wrong before or something? Who knows....
