Miller Lite is a low carb beer. I work nights without eating so the beer is in the morning on a empty stomach and will be over 2 hours before lunch and my bedtime. The rest of the day will be pretty much Atkins induction. Sundays will be a day off, two free meals with no snacking.

Bragging day (with fingers crossed), 18 months of being 20lbs below goal and not dieting.

Thought I had a active life but realized I really do have to exercise.

Years of having great success with Atkins Induction left me doing the yo-yo dance and failing over and over.

To succeed I had to kinda do Atkins backwards, breaking my carb addiction one carb food at a time. I left the Atkins plan and started skipping the least important carb foods (to me) in every meal, eventually that led me to a low carb lifestyle. I even sometimes splurge on the huge carb meal but without thinking about it revert to low carb the next day.

Guess I did not use Dr. Atkins diet plan but his advice on carb addiction sure worked. I'm thinking I can do this the rest of my life.

Never did have to give up my 3 beers a day.
