Default Out of ketosis, not sure why

I have been on induction again, 12 days in, going nicely - pink on my strips, noticeable appetite reduction.
Today is our first date anniversary with my husband, and we went to the same place where our relationship started, a nice BBQ place.
I ate pork rinds, almond crusted trout filet (half of the serving), substituted all salads for collard greens of which I ate half a cup. They had bacon and vinegar in, didn't taste sweet at all. No dressings, just some olive oil that was pouring over the pork rinds, to my husbands' amusement.
A little of white dry wine which I know for sure doesn't kick me out of ketosis.
Home for three hours now and consistently out of ketosis.
I was intermediate purple right before the meal. Very confused - what could have kicked me out? Ironically, the place is called Kicking Boot
How long will it take me to repair the damage? Do I need to go through the whole nduction all over again?

And just to clarify - the dinner was at 4:30; all I had before this meal was my BP coffee in the morning.

Could have been any number of things in a meal out, but please read these three posts to understand more about you not being "kicked out of ketosis"

"How long will it take me to repair the damage? Do I need to go through the whole nduction all over again?"

Specifically what damage has been done? It's been my experience using 2 methods of measuring ketones (urine and breath) that one is not "kicked out of ketosis", at least I'm not it seems. The levels vary in degrees and seem to be very difficult to correlate other than, in general, if I'm eating 30-40 g of net carbs my "breathtones" (acetone measured by Ketonix meter) stay in a range that seems to work for me (I have sort of arbitrarily set this at 55, what I best can determine as the low end of "optimal ketosis") - the strips can show nothing, different mechanism and probably a lower threshold for positive result.

I'd not worry that you've done any damage and just get back to what you were doing before your celebration. You may, or may not see a return of color Here's a little experiment I've been conducting this month. I plan on discontinuing the strips - Just wanted to do a side by side for a significant amount of time. General causation and correlation is all I can come up with, that and time delay... Really, I have no idea other that if I fast for a significant amount of time, both with rise (Peetones and Breathtones)

As Janet pointed out, I likely freaked out for no reason.
It was so difficult to get into ketosis, that just imagining that seemingly keto friendly foods had a bunch of hidden carbs in them (did they bread the fish under the almond crust? Did they add sugary dressing when cooking veggies?) created panic. I was thinking of all that glycogen building up again!
Since I am not fully keto adapted yet, I was not sure how big of a deal this is - apparently not so big. Thank you for the explaining!
