I am very happy to see another drop of .8 this morning.
I was a-feared I was going to hit the wall after losing all the bloat from the medications, but I do seem to be continuing. In have a lot further to go because I am still in that same range as I have been floating within for the past 4 months. I want to see 211 real badly.
Thank you all for the congrats on my loses last week, but I don't feel like I really lost anything at all - just water bloat. It was so much so fast and kind of went away just as quickly, but right at the start of a new game - so it LOOKED like I was losing when I really was not.
It was not fair to those who were actually losing.
I hope that this week's challenge shows normal steady losses for ALL of us!!!! May we all see new lows this week!
Today I am going to make something different for lunch - I am going to make a Chicken Mushroom Meatloaf. Not a typical thing for me as it contains mushrooms!
It calls for a 1 lb tube of ground chicken, 1 cup chopped mushrooms, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, 4 oz cream cheese, an egg and some spices. The recipe calls for Alfredo Sauce to be poured on top. I don't have fresh parmesan cheese to make that, so I may improvise. All-in all, the recipe makes 4 servings with 450 calories and 3g carbs each. It sounds like it will be moist, but I wonder how firm it will be with all the cheese?..... I'm sure it will taste good, so I don't really care.
For dinner I am planning on tuna.
