Default Keys to Success over the Holidays

I have done pretty well over the last 4 months. However, over the next month I expect to see a very slow weight loss with the numerous holiday parties and sweet treats brought in by my co-workers. I will also be spending a little less time in the gym as we travel to visit family and friends. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for staying true (mostly true not perfect) to the low carb lifestyle over the holidays. Thanks in advance

Dont cheat and dont have any high carb "sweet treats" - get some atkins bars in for emergencies!

i'd make sure you always have something packed that you can eat, just in case there's no meat or veggies. not everyone does well with nuts, but i keep those very handy just in case. don't cheat! you can do it!
