I'd cut and paste it, but there are pictures and stuff. Interesting read, but some very debatable info. I also think there is a misprint in the article regarding weight loss, here it is....


" If the average 150-pound American could cut calories by a third a day, he or she would lose about a pound every day."

I bet the editor and/or reporter got flogged that day, eh?

Interesting article, Bren - what jumped out at me was this in the last few paragraphs:
