You probably won't believel this, but...
I have always carried some excess weight in my hips, so imagine how happy I was when I took my first set of progress measurements and found that while my waist hadn't changed much, my hips were a whopping 4.5" smaller in JUST ONE MONTH! I could tell my pants were a little less tight, but I had no idea how much I was losing! I hope the waist will follow, but I guess that'll come in time...
My arms are down 2" and no longer have ripples of fat on them...
AND my double chin is fading!
Best of all, I can go for a full 20 minutes ore more on the elliptical at medium resistance without difficulty AND hubby and I can walk a brisk four miles now. The fitness level came back much faster than I expected!
