Building muscle on the Atkins ?
Hi Folk's,
I am currently going to gym and lifting fairly heavy weigh's. I was just wondering if i can still build a bit of muscle whilst doing low carb or will I be only be able to maintain the muscle I currently have.
I also do around 4 hours of mixed cardio a week.
Any suggestion's on diet plan's or certain exercises or any general infomation would be invaluable to me.
