Mornin' everyone.

I'm here and all stocked up as of yesterday and rarin to go. Trying to get over the hump of disappointment that I am right back where I started but realizing I am not perfect and I'm gonna keep trying.

We are starting a weight loss challenge at work and SBD was something I was VERY successful on about 7 years ago.

Lots of changes have occurred in my life though, so I am going to really need to tailor it a bit more this time around...I have been diagnosed celiac and cannot include wheat at all. LOVE quinoa though, so looking forward to being able to use that once phase 2 kicks in. I am also allergic to a lot of things that would otherwise be considered healthy, avocado, strawberries, fish, and shellfish. We're talking a 2 epi-pen carrier at all times allergic.

That being said I still think there are plenty of options for me to be successful. I really want this, trying to figure out what my roadblocks are and how to overcome them.

So far this morning I have had 2 eggs and a small can of V8. Plus a cup of coffee with FFH&H.

Snack will be plain greek yogurt and cut up veggies.
Lunch: chili with reduced fat cheddar and a salad.
Snack: celery with ANPB.
Dinner: grilled chicken parmesan with baked zuchini.
After dinner: decaf coffee with FFH&H and/or sugar free jello.

Tonight just planning on doing basic stretching and maybe try a few intervals on the ellyptical.

I hope everyone has a great day!

Melanie

Hi Judy
Your pictures are very inspiring. I'm 5'8 and 199 LBS and would like to get to 170 for starters and see what happens from there. Today is my second day and so happy to be working towards a goal.

Hi Melanie
I wouldn't mind starting a support group, I think it definitely helps. Hope your doing great so far!
Denise
