Default feeling guilty

I know that cheating or slipping up is human but I still feel bad. Had a cocktail and tortilla chips for lunch. I will be back on track tonight but I just need to vent to a group that will understand

Heh... yeah, we understand. Admonish yourself. And then find a way to avoid the same situation happening in the future. That's my philosophy, anyway. Mistakes happen, but they're worse when you don't learn from them.

Feeling guilty is unhelpful. Figure out the why and then put a plan in place to avoid it in the future. One day at a time
