back at gym
I returned to the gym today.2 1/2 months since beginning low carbing. Got something going on in the back of my right knee, so no kicked up cardio for me! Six minute warm up on treadmill, then I did 2 sets each of several upper body weight machines. I read somewhere that exercise causes the muscles to retain water, but drinking copious amounts of water will offset that. True?
