I remember when you first registered. I think you're a great example of how to do LC family style! Hopefully, your daughters take their good eating habits with them as they grow and move on.
I'm sorry to hear of your family's rough times. It was very wise of you to maintain your good eating habits. Poor eating makes dealing with stress even harder.
It doesn't matter whether or not you've reached a particular goal weight yet: yours is a real success story.  |
