I love cooking and baking.
But, i search for hours online and the cookbooks are exactly whats online. I hardly find a really good recipe with low low carbs. My favorite so far is the Atkin's crustless cheesecake. I make it ALL THE TIME for me and my whole entire family.
Would you have any quick, easy and yummy recipes that you like and recommend?

Have you checked out the food threads on this site. There is some very inventive stuff in them.

On this site, there is a receipe for "Breakfast Meatballs". I love these. There is also a Mock Danish. It is only takes a couple mintues. It is wonderful.

I found a low carb recipe that is absolutely delicious.......parmesan chicken.

Just get some chicken, roll it in egg and then parmesan cheese, then u can either deep fry in some oil or bake....I do both and it is the best chicken recipe I ever tasted.

Give it a try u wont regret it !!!

If you like broccoli, you'll love this salad. You could even have this as your meal. This is a recipe made up to taste like Appleby's Broccoli Salad. It is wonderful!!!


Broccolli Salad

*Fresh Broccoli heads ... I use close trim broccoli ... about 3 5inch diameter heads. Seperate into bite size pieces into a bowl.

*Small onion ... chopped or sliced thinly. (I prefer thinly sliced) Put into bowl.

*Fry up 1/2lb. - 3/4 lb of bacon ... really crisp. I microwave for crispness. Chop into kind of large pieces. Put into bowl with broccoli.

Dressing: (adjust quantity according to size of your salad.)

3/4 cup of mayonaise
1/4- 1/2 cup Splenda
3 -4 tablespoons white vinegar

Mix and pour over salad.

Top it off with 1/2- 3/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese. Toss.

This is supper for me! Maybe with parmasen chicken. Yummy! Thanks ladies................
