I have a DVD with Dolphina, I thought it was more for the men than for my toning and learning. A lot of it is hard to tell what she's doing, the camera man didn't do a very good job. I'd like to see a DVD where they went through it more slowly and over and over. I know its borring, but when they don't give much practive and throw you into combo moves, I get really confused, give up and it has an inch of dust on it.

I'm a tribal bellydancer. Dophina's videos aren't my favorites (or even close).

I like Neon's videos for fitness, and as McCauley mentioned, Rachel Brice's online studio Datura Online is now up and pretty awesome. It has a combination of formats, from technique to fitness to yoga. It also costs a third of what my monthly live classes cost (though I still go to those, too).
