Thanks deirda. I'm looking at this issue of appetite being stimulated by adding carbs. There's the issue of finding out what specific foods trigger cravings and hunger, and the effect of total number of carbs. I track total carbs, and it looks like going over 50-60 might be an issue.
Again, I really appreciate from all you who eat to satisfaction in the upper ranges staying low carb. Thanks for replying!
