there's a huge thread about magnesium on the boards here somewhere. the general consensus from that was that the doctor's best chelated magnesium is the kind to get. https://ca.iherb.com/pr/doctor-s-be...0-tablets/16567
i'm also a fan of using noSalt for potassium, but i like to get my sodium chloride from sea salt without additives.
i know someone who swears by quinine in tonic water for leg cramps but that stuff is so gross and full of high fructose corn syrup, blech.
