Hello All,
As the weather forcast is so good, I've decided to go camping this weekend (guarenteed to make it rain!).

I'm only a month into LC and I really want to stick to it while I'm away.
Can anyone suggest some tinned meats that I could take with me as I won't have a fridge.

Thanks

Really it will be a question of reading labels I would think. I like corned beef as it can be eaten cold or fried up.

I also get tins of various fish varieties for something different.

For cheese a few packs of baby bel - they do a nice one with cheddar as well as their regular and lowfat ones - as they will keep fresh wihtout needing to be kept cool.

For veg maybe choose red/yellow peppers, radish, mushrooms, celery, etc as they keep fresh longer than lettuce, especially if kept uncut till needed.
